Online Appointment Booking
Appointments booked online are currently not refundable as per CMC policy. Please carefully check the department, date, and patient details before confirming your booking.
A one-time postponement or advancement of the appointment date is possible online. Visit the CMC Vellore appointment page, choose "Make Online Appointment," and log in through the patient portal to manage the appointment.

Existing CMC Hospital Number
Visit the CMC Vellore appointment page, select "Make Online Appointment," log in through the patient portal, and enter your Hospital Number and Birth Year.
No. Your hospital number is a one-time unique number. Use the same hospital number for all departments and future visits.
Pre-Registration and New Patients
Pre-registration allows new Indian patients to complete their basic personal and sociological information online before coming to CMC. After completing pre-registration, patients receive a confirmation number.
Private appointment support at Silver Gate 600 is available Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Saturday from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
Online Payments
Patients can pay online using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
Patients can print receipts and slips from their personal computer. Please ensure your email ID is correct. If there is any issue, contact G32, ISSCC Building.
On Arrival at CMC
Yes. A government-issued photo ID proof is mandatory. Accepted examples include Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, or other valid government ID.

Travel and Help Desk
Yes. The CMC Help Desk is located at the entrance of Platform No. 1 at Katpadi Railway Station. Help Desk Number: 8300205250.
No. CMC does not have official guides outside the hospital. Do not pay extra money to anyone outside. Always ask for a payment receipt.
